The progress of the PAEPARD project follows an iterative process where solutions are devised and tested to achieve the objectives of the project.
- Calls for proposals, called " Calls " are the first attempt to form partnerships able to respond to calls for proposals from donors.
- The ULP (user-managed processes) represent a major breakthrough in the project. They change the way the demand is designed.
- Finally, competitive research funds ( CRF ), incentive funds ( IF ) and communication strategy are three new tools that facilitate the formation of partnerships and the obtaining of financing For the launching of research projects.
